Instruxion is a Brussels-based agency, specialized in bespoke creative communications for small businesses, NGOs and multinational enterprises all over Europe.

Our mission?
Over the last 18 years, we’ve made it our mission to transform our customers’ messaging into fresh, sharp and perfectly tailored video solutions, deliver them via the right media, and make sure they impact their target audience.

We don’t believe in formulas. Every project is made-to-measure, and all our productions, from interviews, corporate branding, commercials to interactive, personalised videos, and e-learning solutions, are 100% hand-made by our in-house creative team.

Now, to further boost our growth in Belgium and Europe (and beyond?), we’re expanding our team. And that’s where you come in.

What can you expect?
As our business development intern, you’ll join our sales team and cultivate your business development skills in the exciting world of video content production. You’ll become part of an enthusiastic team of experienced multimedia specialists who are dedicated to working closely with our customers every step of the way.

Your focus?
As a part of our sales team, you’ll take an active role in further developing our Belgian and European business.

More specifically, we’re looking to you to:

• perform market research to identify potential markets
• set up prospection campaigns
• qualify potential leads and following up on these leads by going on meetings and creating offers together with the creative team
• take part in brainstorming and the production process to get a better insight in our services and products.
• come up with recommendations on how to improve our sales strategy

Your qualifications?

• You’re a business school student or similar (Marketing, Sales, Communication) or you’ve recently graduated.
• You’re a digital native with a creative mind and a passion for video
• You have great communication skills, both verbally and written
• You have a target driven and proactive attitude
• You have a commercial mindset
• You’re a native Dutch, Flemish or French speaker and you speak and write English at a professional level

We are offering internship for a period of 3 months or more with the possibility of long-term full-time employment afterwards. You’ll be able to expand your business development skills in a motivated and skilled team of professionals.

Our offices are located in the BDC building in Laken, right next to the ring (and within walking distance of the Atomium).

We’d prefer that you can start in September 2019, but we can discuss your starting date.
