REACH Health Services of the Institutes for Behavior Resources, Inc. (IBR), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, seeks a Full-time Nursing Supervisor (RN) to join its team of superb healthcare professionals. This is a benefits-eligible position offering an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team delivering critical health programs and resources to a diverse Baltimore-based clientele in a trauma informed environment.

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the nursing staff in the Opiate Maintenance Treatment program dosing unit, outcomes that reflect a high standard of clinical and administrative practice, and participating in direct patient care.  Responsibilities include:

• Supervision of the Dispensary nursing staff.
• Works with management to ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Works with management team to identify and resolve personnel and programmatic issues impacting the effective delivery of patient care services for the Dispensing Unit.
• Provides training and development of nursing staff as relevant to daily duties.

Works with management in identifying and implementing procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services to medication dispensing at REACH Health Services.

Education & Experience:

• Three years of clinical experience and one year of experience in a leadership role in a substance use treatment program at date of hire is preferred.
• RN is required.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider card) (BCLS or BLS) or the American Red Cross (CPR-AED for Healthcare Provider card) at date of hire required.
• Unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland at date of hire required.

Work Schedule:  Weekdays, day shift only; some weekends, as assigned/needed.
