A multi-billion dollar family owned business. They are the leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials to businesses throughout North America.

This person will be on the Daily Refunds side. This is a data entry position. This person will be expected to make judgement calls on different accounts. This is not a black and white role. The person will come in and learn, then as they become more comfortable, they will be expected to grow in responsibility.

• Bachelors required
• Work independently and as a team
• Decision making skills
• Challenging but not overly analytic. Learn concepts, legislation's of different states, how each customer is effected differently.

 A/R or A/P experience will also help someone in this role

- AS/400 experience a plus as this is what they will be using on a day to day basis

- Customer service experience is necessary. Uline has a high standard for internal Customer Service and eventually this person will be dealing with Clients directly.

- Strong communication

- 4 year degree required (accounting a plus)

- Head down, hard worker
