Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Source and Recruit: Identify and recruit healthcare professionals for various roles, including RNs, Nurse Practitioners, LVNs, Medical Assistants, Radiology Techs, and more.
  • Leverage Platforms: Utilize social media and job boards (e.g., Facebook, Indeed) to attract and engage candidates.
  • Build Relationships: Establish strong partnerships with healthcare facilities like Genesis, Medefis, Baptist Healthcare, Right Sourcing, and Aya Healthcare.
  • Screen Candidates: Conduct interviews and background checks to ensure qualifications align with job requirements.
  • Coordinate Hiring: Manage the hiring process, from job offers to negotiating employment terms.
  • Maintain Database: Organize and track candidates in a database to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with healthcare recruiting trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in healthcare staffing, especially for nursing and allied health roles.
  • Platform Familiarity: Knowledge of staffing platforms such as Genesis, Medefis, Baptist Healthcare, and Aya Healthcare.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
