Territory Manager-Franchisee
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Find prospects via events, data mining, referrals,
- networking, and cold outreach.
- Prospect Qualification: Evaluate potential franchisees' capability, credibility, and
- commitment.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present the franchise model, explain the value proposition, and
- close deals, meeting acquisition/revenue targets.
- Onboarding & Training: Manage the full process from documentation to initial
- training and support.
- Strategy & Reporting: Develop growth strategies, provide market feedback, track
- competitors, and report on performance.
- Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams
- Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA
- preferred).
- Experience: Sales, B2B, or franchise development experience in financial service
- industry.
- Skills: Negotiation, communication, relationship building, strategic planning, data
- analysis, and strong presentation.
- Attributes: Self-discipline, ambition, goal-orientation, and willingness to travel.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA
preferred).
Experience: Sales, B2B, or franchise development experience in financial service
industry
