Job Description
Business Growth: Develop strategies to boost revenue, implement
marketing plans and help the franchisees generate revenue. Regular visits to
franchisee partners.
Operations & Compliance: Enforce company policies, maintain brand
standards, ensure consistent service across franchisees.
Franchisee Support: Act as a primary contact for franchisees, provide
training, help troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance for new setups.
.Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with franchise owners,
acting as a liaison between them and the corporate office.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA
preferred).
