• Key skills : proprietary IDE and GUI development, RAD & Javascript for customization • Main developments take place in the area of “configuration management” module of micro focus Service Manager Tool (no other standard modules of Service Manager used) • Customize the Configuration Management module in SM as per user requirements • Knowledge of Web-tier and core application of Service Manager • Creating and Managing the Connect-IT Scenarios • Web services Integration , HP SM using SOAP and REST API • Should have Oracle knowledge and have used Oracle as Service Manager Database. • Experience of other tools integration with HP Service manager like NNMi, NA , OO • ITIL Process knowledge • Responsible for BAU operations for HPSM. • Good to have knowledge on Perl, bash as scripting language
