Job Description

We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager based in the Arkansas market. This individual will be responsible for the execution of annual account plans and support the delivery of business goals within chain accounts. 

Here’s a small sample of what you’ll be doing: 

  • Support the delivery of national and local business goals
  • Identify opportunities within chain accounts that would potentially add value to the business in order to exceed the provided objectives
  • Seek growth of the client portfolio through distribution/visibility/promotional activations and pursue new opportunities
  • Leverage sales data to analyze market trends
  • Work closely with your manager, local client and distributor partners for market alignment and planning effectiveness
  • Communicate achievements and follow ups amongst the local client and distributors 
  • Complete all administrative tasks within outlined deadlines
  • Ensure compliance of all alcoholic beverage regulations as well as company and client policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be willing to travel
  • 2-4 years of on/off premise experience with a distributor or supplier is required
  • Experience with chain management is a plus
  • Knowledge of local market, community and possible contacts
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to travel to and from accounts
  • Must be able to develop strong business relationships
  • Must exhibit strategic and forward thinking as well as verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to lift and move cases of product frequently
  • Must be able to climb, kneel and stoop to arrange and display point of sale
  • Must be willing to work weekends, nights and holidays as needed
