Achievements/ Goals

• Go through the ample materials provided and understand the product, its domain, capabilities and limitations.
• Participate in product backlog refinements and contribute to estimations and brainstorming.
• Create detailed test cases of the deliverables taken up in the sprint.
• Test sprint deliverables and ascertain quality. Raise bugs identified.
• Answer functional queries of customer facing teams.
• Demo sprint deliverables to all stakeholders and get sign-off.
• Adherence to all development and organizational quality norms.
• Review test strategy for the product.

Skills & Tech Stack

• 5+ years of experience with Test Suite and Test Case creation and management. (Jira-Xray preferred)
• Testing application developed in C/C++/MFC.
• Should have experience in testing windows based applications & drivers.
• 5+ years of experience with test case data management and data staging
• 3+ years of experience with SQL (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc)
• Must have knowledge of Data warehouse and ETL Processes. ETL experience– working with a variety of data stores and platforms.( TM1/Infor/SAP/Oracle.)
• Business Intelligence & Reporting Tools knowledge

Nice to Haves

• Experience managing CI/CD Pipelines and test execution.
• windows based applications Automation. (C/C++/MFC)
• Experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
• Experience in writing and reviewing technical documentation.
• experience testing Web Services (REST)

Qualifications:

• To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to ramp up quickly, strong sense of ownership, and a bias for action.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong sense of Quality and significant expertise in testing code (Whitebox, Blackbox, Performance Tests, Load Tests, etc.).
