    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Building out monthly financial statements and reports for executives/Leadership Team.
    • External reporting deliverables to the investors and Lenders on a Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis.
    • Board slide preparation.
    • Prepare various internal reporting as per Leadership requirement.
    • Create Metrics and provide in-depth Headcount Analysis across the organization.
    • Work closely with HR Team to streamline data reconciliation and accuracy.
    • Ensure accuracy between reported financials and source data.
    • Analyse the data and build metrics as per Business need.
    • Aid in preparation of monthly flux analysis.
    • Focus on streamlining processes with operational efficiency.
    • Audit, review, and adapt financial models to ensure they are both accurate and up to date.
    • Develop and maintain operational/financial models with varying complexity.
    • Drive engagement with management and senior management teams.
    • Work closely with Finance partners to analyze company performance.

    • Support Internal and external reporting deliverables.
    • Understand the workflow and work independently.
    • Streamline the process as needed.
    • Building relationship with Stakeholders.

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance.
    • 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning and analysis.
    • Experience in a global multicurrency organization.
    • Understanding of GAAP accounting.
    • Outstanding relationship building and communication skills.
    • Keen eye for details and data alignment across reports with a passion for using data to drive better decision-making.
    • Functions well under pressure; consistently pays attention to accuracy and quality of work.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Experience with NetSuite (or equivalent) preferred.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a SaaS company.
    • Ability to work in shifts.
