Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Embedded Analytics Product line. The Logi Symphony product is our flagship AI driven embedded analytics product that powers enterprises with data driven product experience. As the category leader of embedded analytics, we’ve shaped this market helping companies build more data driven experiences for their customers.  

 

This leadership role will be responsible for driving the overall product vision and market strategy, business cases, roadmap, and the achievement of financial and customer experience goals. You are the market, customer, and product expert. As product leader, you will develop and execute the commercialization strategy across functions driving bookings, revenue, retention, and margin as a collective cross-functional team.

 

You will lead and own the overall product life cycle which includes gathering and prioritizing market requirements, determining the right mix of product initiatives that will maximize portfolio ROI, working with the development team on the delivery of capabilities, and confirming that the result meets the specified requirements and objectives.

 

The successful candidate has a blend of visionary and analytical skills, and is financially driven to build product features that return value and drive clear customer impact. As well, deep experience and knowledge of the BI market, modern data tech stacks, and the Analytics & BI ecosystem is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for your product working with key functional stakeholders
  • Be the #1 customer of your product – know it inside and out.
  • Engage with customers, partners and users to gain feedback and build trusted relationships
  • Drive the strategic vision of the product, which includes M&A and partner ecosystem integrations
  • Work with ecosystem partners, the developer community, and other channels to drive growth for the products
  • Work with the cross-functional teams and leads to drive sprint execution as well as growth for product releases and market impact
  • Conduct regular end-user product feedback sessions and engage and recruit customers frequently for advisory boards and focus groups
  • Join forces with other Product Managers across the organization to ensure alignment and coordination across products as necessary for multi-product work and initiatives
  • Prioritize, optimize, and monetize the product backlog for all products in the business unit, working in hand with Engineering, Sales, Product/Growth Marketing teams

Qualifications

  • 10+ years working with BI and data analytics products in B2B market
  • 5+ years of product management or similar experience, especially with business intelligence products in the mid-market to enterprise space
  • Working knowledge of API and cloud-based solutions
  • Working knowledge of ML, NLP, and data science technologies. AI knowledge is a nice-to-have
  • Cloud and modern data stack experience
  • Skilled at defining and prioritizing product opportunities, building feedback loops, and creating product metrics
  • Product Lead Growth (PLG) experience
  • Experience working with Agile methodology
  • Ability to balance growth, innovation and retention
  • Ability to manage product P&L is a nice-to-have
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
  • Ability to interact with customers at a variety of levels and across functions
