This is a hybrid position, combining hands on development, customer facing and financial reporting responsibilities. The role requires someone to be responsible for maintaining and developing a desktop application for ITS reporting of Finrep. As well this, they will be the point of contact for our banking client's ITS reporting needs, so must be comfortable in a client facing role and have the relevant financial reporting knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have some experience with C# / .Net desktop application development, ITS reporting and a background working in the banking sector. This position requires the candidate to be able to develop the app according to changes in the EBA’s taxonomy changes, keep the given EBA deadlines and also do 3rd level support for users. German language skills are important as all bank customers are in the DACH region. The appropriate candidate will be a success driven self starter and possess strong relationship building to
customers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the desktop app for financial reporting
• Implement changes in EBA taxonomy within a given deadline
• Keep a close relationship with users for bugfixing and feature requests
• Have a strong sense of qualitiy for product and sourcecode
• Be a trusted point of contact for our banking clients in the DACH regions
• Assisting clients with their financial reporting needs related to the application
• ITS reporting

• Experience in ITS reporting in banking context (European Banking Authority Taxonomies)
• Practical expereince in C# programming language
• Strong German language skills
• Experience in client facing roles (e.g. consulting) 
• A background working in the banking sector.

• Practical Experience in using DevExpress UI components
