Job Description
Working in support of insightsoftware's Equity Plan Solutions, the Associate Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring project management standards are followed within the organization. This individual will be responsible for project activities, tracking project progress, and providing administrative support for large-scale enterprise projects. The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Work with technical and business consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create, prepare, maintain, and distribute project artifacts, reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
- Consolidate information to provide meaningful status updates for stakeholders.
- Undertake various project management responsibilities including engaging with stakeholders, project planning, project reporting, RAID management, and budget/forecasting.
- Demonstrate effective communication and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and meetings.
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and implementation of project management tools, presentations, and project templates.
- Prepare presentations including status updates, project plans, and budget/financial reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Consult with project managers and stakeholders to assist in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain internal collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Sharepoint sites.
- Provide internal administrative support to the program director to delivery complex projects within the organization.

Qualifications
- 5+ experience working with executive leadership, project coordination, or project management teams
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of agility and ability to manage change
- Ability to work proactively and constructively in a fast-paced, collaborative, matrixed team environment
