Job Description
Our Growth Marketing Associate is responsible for driving detailed tactical execution and project management of insightsoftware’s demand generation and customer marketing programs. In this cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with enablement, product, sales, and functional areas to influence our marketing efforts and apply best practices for net new sales and customer growth.
Responsibilities: What will you do?
Own detailed tactical execution and project management of our demand generation and customer marketing programs for assigned enterprise products
Assist with the development of marketing plans, including researching topics, writing content, executing campaigns, and liaising with marketing operations, design, and digital marketing when needed - ensuring all activities (webinars, emails, nurture streams, etc.) are completed on time and meet expectations.
Work with marketing operations to monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics, including MQLs, pipeline and bookings to identify areas of improvement continuously.
Support and work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing-sales alignment, top of funnel campaign awareness & pipeline uplift.
Contribute to the daily conversation of how to best execute and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns across search, display, social media, video, email, and other channels
Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
At least one year of marketing or project management experience, preferably in B2B software or SaaS environment
Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to review marketing analysis to uncover underlying drivers, assess potential impact, and design metrics
Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects in their entirety
Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all-levels, and with agencies, customers and professionals outside the business
Proficient in utilizing modern sales and marketing tools and systems (i.e. Salesforce, SalesLoft, Wrike, Airtable, PowerBI, etc.)
Marketing automation experience a significant plus – ideally Pardot
Experience working with global teams across the US, Europe and APAC, a plus
