Job Description

As a Partner Operations Specialist, you are responsible for administering a global partner program for insightsoftware partners.  

This role will report to the Director of Global Partner Operations and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders in the organization including but not limited to: partner marketing, sales teams, IT, operations, finance and accounting, and deal desk. The person in this role needs to be a self-starter, show strong attention to detail and possess efficient project management skills. This person needs to see the big picture while executing specific, detailed program tasks. This person needs a strong understanding of channel ecosystems.    

What will you do? 

  • Own the day-to-day management and administration of our partner program, and other related programs in our Partner Portal  

  • Collaborate with various internal teams for partner operations needs 

  • Measure and track partner program effectiveness  

  • Update, enhance, adjust partner programs as necessary  

  • Work with acquisition and integration teams as needed 

  • Develop and deliver effective communication to keep internal stakeholders and partners prepared and informed of program changes, updates, trainings, deadlines, etc. 

  • Answer emails and questions from partners and indirect sales teams

Qualifications

Are you a fit?  

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business 

  • At least 3 years of channel program or project management experience, preferably in a B2B software or SaaS environment 

  • Experience managing a partner portal 

  • Experience with Salesforce, design, dashboarding and reporting 

  • Ability to review analysis to uncover underlying drivers, assess potential impact, and design metrics 

  • Ability to lead projects in their entirety – from big-picture to day-to-day admin 

  • Strong written and oral communications skills to interact and present internally and externally 

  • Experience with project management and ability to present status milestones on time and within budget 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
