Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing and Creative, the Brand Associate is part of the larger Corporate Marketing Team at insightsoftware. The Brand Associate performs a broad range of activities supporting brand asset management, organizational brand compliance, brand awareness campaigns and activities, and brand approvals.

The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter who is curious enough to ask questions to ensure clarity, while also being quick to take direction and execute accurately. The Brand Associate role has high internal visibility with the employee base at-large, and serves as a key resource for tactical execution cross-functionally with a variety of teams including Creative, Social Media, Growth, Partner Marketing, etc.

What will you do?

  • Maintain the Brand Assets Library on the company intranet site, ensuring that brand assets and branded employee resources are always up to date.
  • Manage the departmental inbox daily to provide support to employees in a timely manner, including connecting other resources/team members as needed.
  • Monitor business card orders for approvals, invoices, and order site accuracy (Vistaprint); support offline business card orders as needed.
  • Conduct and/or collaborate on brand-related research initiatives.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Brand Guidelines questions and the basic application of brand guidelines in daily practice.
  • Perform brand approval reviews for assigned projects (ad hoc or a part of Creative workflows).
  • Maintain bi-annual punch list for brand guidelines updates, working in collaboration with Creative to complete updates, repost to the Brand Assets Library, and communicate updates to the organization.
  • Lead and present (via Teams) at Brand Bootcamp and Marketing New Hire Orientation
  • Assist Director, Brand Marketing and Creative, in conducting other necessary presentations, either together or solo.
  • Write, edit, and deploy internal brand communications.
  • Maintain, update or develop net-new SOP/job aids
  • Work collaboratively with the Social Media Manager/Associate and/or Digital Marketing to coordinate and drive brand awareness activities across social media and web.
  • Perform other brand-related projects, administration, and rollout support as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Are you a fit? 

    Minimum qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a Marketing-related function (brand, social media, digital, growth).
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Strong interest in B2B/SaaS industry experience recommended.
    • Experience working in a project management system (e.g., Wrike)
    • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
    • Excellent project management skills and ability to spin multiple plates concurrently.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Familiarity with AP Style is a plus.
    • Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all levels, and with agencies, customers, and professionals outside the business.
