Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the business to develop, debug, and maintain a financial reporting suite.
• Align initiatives between business and technical teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools.
• Increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Implements processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes.
• Writes appropriate unit or integration tests to implement test-driven development.
• Continually contributes to and enhances data team documentation.
• Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Works closely with a team of frontend and backend engineers, product managers, and analysts
• Defines company data assets, artifacts, and data models.
• Write SQL scripts for data updates and conversions to Insightsoftware formats.
• Automate existing processes and propose innovative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, establish priorities, and communicate effectively with leaders.

Important Notes:

• Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
• Total experience: 10+ years (SQL and Snowflake:  5+ years)
• English:  Advanced

Qualifications:

• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake.
• Experience handling MS Excel files, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Background in data management, integration, and analysis.
• Solutions-focused approach to creative problem-solving.
• Ability to analyze data, determine priorities, and propose effective business solutions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in Financial Reporting or Customer Success Reporting.
• BA or BS degree required.
