Job Description

The Manager, Data Conversion & Integration is accountable for the management of the Data Conversion and Integration teams that provides onboarding support of new and existing customer’s data related projects. This position reports to the Services Leader, Equity Management Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Data Integrations team, directing the team on key client implementation projects
  • Manage team personnel including hiring, training, and staff development
  • Develop, implement, and monitor performance goals, objectives, and work standards. Assist in the short and long-range planning of team goals and objectives
  • Work with the team to identify process gaps and facilitate the continuous refinement of our implementation methodology and the adoption of best practices.
  • Act as an escalation point on active client engagements, whether escalations come from the Professional Services team, or raised directly by the client.
  • Work collaboratively with peers in the Professional Services group to actively coordinate all data deliverables
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering as needed to progress new and existing business opportunities. Handle all implementation process discussions.
  • Understand project status and facilitate achievement of project objectives and priorities. Closely review project budget and customer invoicing to ensure alignment and manage the project change control process as appropriate.
  • Provide capacity and revenue forecast to management and ensure effective staffing and scheduling of projects
  • Facilitate problem solving meetings and discussions to identify and implement appropriate solutions
  • Communicate project findings, conclusions and recommendations with clients and management
  • Actively participate in establishing internal business process as needed
  • Perform special project work as needed
  • Work with Product Management to communicate platform gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • B.S. in a Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
  • 3+ years in supervisory/management role
  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) Certification is strongly desired and encouraged
  • Ability to motivate team members to exceed company goals.
  • Project Management and team lead experience.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Excellent customer facing presence and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations
  • Strong organizational skills required to successfully lead in a fast-paced work environment
  • Exceptionally resourceful, detail-oriented with ability to deliver complete and accurate results
  • Experience working with different types of Equity Plans in both private and public companies preferred
