Job Description

insightsoftware, provide the office of the CFO with fast and accurate Financial Planning, Consolidation, and Financial Reporting solutions. The Partner Acquisition Manager will source, nurture, and develop a pipeline of prospective new partners within the Financial Performance Management space. In this role, your primary focus will be to rapidly grow our number of insightsoftware Channel Partners, specifically in the areas of FInancial Consolidation and Disclosure Management.

What will you do?

  • Develop a strategy to acquire new partners in EMEA region for Controllership solutions.
  • Develop joint business plans with clear goals, objectives, and metrics.
  • Support internal teams aligned to and in support of the growth of partnerships.
  • Carry out joint strategies with the partner to grow our joint business.
  • Manage initial partner enablement for solutions, skills, and go-to-market programs in conjunction with internal teams.
  • Establish and promote regular communication cadence with the same stakeholder constituents.
  • Work closely with Channel Partner Managers to execute on partner business plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Partner Channels or Business Development, working with industry-leading partners
  • Experience across multiple partner routes to market and resale.
  • Relationship-focused with a solid executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with partner and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and make personal connections with technical-oriented people as well as C-level audiences
  • Good planning and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet expectations
  • Highly collaborative work style with proven ability to gather consensus and take decisive and timely action
  • The ideal candidate will have work experience and/or network within ERP or the Financial Performance Management space
  • English Language required (German language desirable)
