Summary  

insightsoftware is seeking a Learning Consultant to join our Learning & Development team.  This role is responsible for delivering New Hire Orientation (NHO), our Week of Welcome (WOW) and consulting with the business to build learning programs aligned to our goals.

 Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate new hire orientation weekly for EMEA and North America new hires.  Ensure new hires feel welcome and provide a positive onboarding experience.
• Manage and facilitate our monthly Week of Welcome program for EMEA and North America for new hires.
• Manage the new hire survey results and host a quarterly debrief with HR employees and provide recommended actions to Talent Acquisition, regional HR, and IT. 
• Continually implement improvements to our programs based on the results.
• Manage updates based on business changes and improvements to the master materials for NHO and WOW and communicate changes to regional facilitators.
• Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help employees develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at insightsoftware
• Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers
• Deliver high quality, internal training, either in-person or virtually, utilizing the best modality for the content and learning objectives.
• Create training courses, job aids, and assessments that are clear, current, meet specified training objectives and are appropriate for global audiences.
• Create and manage a project plan and communication plan for new and/or updated learning programs.  Adhere to deadlines and ensure communications are sent announcing new programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts/guest presenters to gather their input during training delivery.
• Utilize strong facilitation skills and technology to conduct training. Incorporate knowledge of cultural differences into delivery of content.
• Schedule and manage logistics for training delivery (rosters, etc.).
• Respond to new hire inquiries and/or forward to the appropriate representative.
• Maintain positive relationships with managers and employees to promote our culture of open communication.
• Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in facilitating onboarding programs and designing and delivering learning programs
• BA/BS in education, adult learning, instructional design, business, communication, or related field
• CIPD qualification preferred
• Demonstrated project management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Instructional design skills
• Detail-oriented, self-starter ability to work independently
• Strong problem solver with the ability to present issues clearly and provide solutions
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Workday Learning LMS experience desirable
