The Financial Analyst role will provide support to the company’s global business.  This is a key role in driving and reporting financial and operational results and generating metrics across business units, products, and functions. A primary responsibility will be to prepare analysis and manage financial performance data to facilitate the monthly accounting close process. To do so, you will partner with our accounting team as well as the broader FP&A team in order to align forecast and expectations for actual company performance. This will include interacting with business leaders frequently to support their needs and provide them the necessary insights to grow the business. 
 

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Finance partners to analyze company performance.
• Facilitate data consistency by providing forecast and budget insight to our accounting team.
• Actively involve in the internal and external reporting deliverables.
• Focus on streamlining processes with operational efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for business support.
• Audit, review and adapt financial models to ensure they are both accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop and maintain operational/financial models with varying complexity.
• Ensure accuracy between reported financials and source data.
• Drive engagement with management and senior management teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
• 5-9 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience in a global multicurrency organization.
• Understanding of GAAP accounting.
• Outstanding relationship building and communication skills.
• Keen eye for details and data alignment across reports with a passion for using data to drive better decision-making.
• Functions well under pressure; consistently pays attention to accuracy and quality of work.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with NetSuite (or equivalent) preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a SaaS company.
• Ability to work in shifts.
