This position is for an experienced CPQ administrator with emphasis on sales cloud, product information management (PIM) and SFDC billing module.   The successful candidate’s duties will include responsibility for CPQ configuration, product configuration, billing workflow and general SFDC development tasks.  The candidate will work with related business units as a CPQ, product, and billing SME for the purpose of requirements gathering, design and solution implementation in the production instance. 

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of CRM Applications and be part of an international team of developers and business analysts.  This is a hands-on administrator role requiring strong salesforce, CPQ and SFDC billing configuration and solutioning expertise.  To perform this job successfully, the hired candidate must be able to perform, at a satisfactory level, the duties list above as well as the primary responsibilities and possess the qualifications as listed below.

Additional primary responsibilities include:

• Expert level skill with at least one of SFDC sales cloud, CPQ and/or SFDC billing
• Senior level skill related to product creation and maintenance within a product master or price book structure
• Junior level skill with SFDC Service Cloud CPQ or the like
• Junior level skill or higher with SFDC Advanced Approvals
• Ability to communicate with and work directly with business resources to provide expert design and guidance on the usage of SFDC
• Ability to comprehend customer/business requirements and provide development solutions to meet these requirements
• Hands-on functional testing and validation of business requirements and system functionality
• Familiar with SW development life cycle and change control procedures
• Maintain, support, and contribute to the design of multiple salesforce instances (sandbox, test, production)

Knowledge & Experience

• 3+ years customization development experience for SFDC or related CRM application
• 5+ years of total IT experience
• Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong service oriented background

Specific and demonstrable skills:

• CRM application developer
• Knowledge and hands-on skill of SFDC associated applications and tools: visual force, data loader, OOP, etc.
• Expert knowledge in at least one SFDC integration design or tool set including Boomi, ERP, Pardot, Workday, Netsuite, Data Warehouse, etc.
• Knowledge and basic usage of a product information management (PIM) tool or the like
