We are looking for a self-motivated individual to design and develop a highly visible product certification program for our financial software products.  This opportunity is great way to gain experience in using Workday Learning and Questionmark assessment too. This entails the following:

Design

• Design the framework for a 3-5 level certification program with a consistent program and course framework and clear rubric.  
• Present status and gain buy-in from key stakeholders within the company.

Develop 

• Identify what mastery means for each product and certification level 
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to create the assessment questions to demonstrate mastery at each level of certification.
• Review current learning content and identify content gaps to meet demonstrated mastery requirements.
• Work with subject matter experts to create content to address the gaps as courses or lessons in Workday Learning 
• Create assessments in Questionmark tool and work with Learning Coordinator to load into Workday Learning

Deploy 

• Assist with implementation planning and deployment activities for the certification on our learning management system (Workday Learning) as needed by the participant audience.
• Work with LMS administrator to ensure reporting is available on assessment completion for certification.

Required Skills:

• Instructional design including eLearning design and development, needs assessment, working with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both written and oral form) technical and strategic information to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Experience creating assessments aligned to certification programs.
• Proficiency with eLearning and/or video development software applications (e.g., Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Rise etc.).  Ability to create and edit video based on documentation and SME input.  Create scripts, generate mp4 files and synchronize audio and video as needed.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Solid and rigorous project management skills including planning work, managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience with Workday Learning LMS helpful but not required.
• Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) or ATD Master Instructional Designer helpful.
