The Workday Reporting Analyst will be a key member of the insightsoftware HR Operations Team.  The incumbent will be responsible for creating and updating reports in Workday.  They will also develop dashboards that provide important information and analytics that will be used to drive key decisions.  

• Partner with the HR team and key groups in the company to develop reports that will include data from multiple workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Off, and Talent.
• Ability to manipulate data in Excel including creating charts and graphs.
• Adjust reports based on evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with other groups including Finance, Sales, and Legal to respond to data requests.
• Work across the HR team to conduct audits in Workday to ensure that data is accurate and up to date.
• Partner with HRIS Leadership to ensure that access to reports meets insightsoftware's strict security guidelines.
• Join project teams to review reporting needs and complete report requests.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Workday reporting experience required
• Ability to work in a global and remote team
• Expert ability with Excel including vlookup, pivot tables, etc.
• Team player with a willingness to learn
