Qualifications

What will you do?

• Install and configure one or more of our products for new and existing customers

• Create questionnaires for customers to provide key information needed to complete the software deployment efficiently and successfully

• Develop and maintain efficient SQL queries leveraged by the software applications to access customers’ data sources

 • Create and update XML files

• Perform software system validation to confirm successful deployments

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the software during the implementation

• Report any software issues encountered during deployment to Support on a timely basis

• Responding to customers with professionalism and cordiality

• Collaborate with professional services team members and cross-functionally to provide a world class customer experience and high-quality services delivery

• Maintain detailed information and status updates in case records

• Document best practices and troubleshooting guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems or similar field/equivalent experience

• 6-8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical services role (support or consulting)

 • Ability to run complex SQL Queries.

• Ability to develop, update and maintain XML files

• Experience with and solid understanding of databases and/or ERP connectivity mechanisms such as xDBC, REST, and OData

 • Ability to navigate databases and/or ERP structures to identify pertinent information and key data relationships

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the strong ability to communicate correctly and clearly with both internal and external customers

• Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills

• Organized and detail-oriented, with a structured working methodology and the ability to deal with several different activities and projects in parallel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce) Preferred Qualifications

• Previous financial software deployment and/or administration experience

• Previous experience working with multiple ERP solutions
