Must Have Skills:

• Experience in building & configuring dashboards for Applications Performance Monitoring
• Experience in building & configuring Datadog for Application Server(Tomcat/WebLogic etc), middleware(Kafka,MQ) and Backend(DB) Performance Monitoring
• Experience in configuring, maintaining, administering an APM tool such as Dynatrace / NewRelic
• Well versatile in Observability & Telemetry data analysis and RCA oriented
• Experience in implementing Jaeger and/or Zipkin for tracing / Synthetic monitoring
• Experience in configuring, operating and/or troubleshooting Grafana
• Experience in configuring, operating and/or troubleshooting Graylog / Logz.io / Splunk
• Experience in configuring, operating and/or troubleshooting Kubernetes & Monitoring stack
• Experience in configuring, operating and/or troubleshooting Windows and some Linux
• Experience in PowerShell scripting and/or any other scripting languages
• Experience working in an enterprise cloud operations environment
• Experience performing network monitoring in a virtual environment

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of management, administration, and support to company's cloud infrastructure.
• Internal windows (primarily) and Linux/UNIX (some) based on-premises & cloud server Infrastructure.
• Cloud Computing architecture including AWS & Azure Cloud Platform.
• Hands on VPN, DNS, Network (ILL, IPSec) Infrastructure.
• Manage projects based on Cloud Migrations including AWS, Azure Cloud Platform.
• Understand and efficiently use of Deployment and automations of processes created using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Logstash, Kibana etc. And share valuable feedback to DevOps in improving on them.
• Continuously stay abreast of new developments in supported operating systems to ensure consistent compatibility with established infrastructure in order to provide scalable, secure and reliable Infrastructure for the hosted products.
• Proactively research issues for outages and those impacting down times. Provide RCAs for any downtime.
• Manage, implement and maintain BC/DR and backup procedures for all infrastructure components, conduct annual DR tests
• Actively participate in SOC2/ISO27001 audits and ensure all audited controls are adhered to
• Able and be willing to provide on-call duty

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications or a closely-related discipline.
• Show initiative, be a self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Be a team player willing to make every effort to make the team a success, be proactive, positive, creative, and flexible
