Summary:

Insightsoftware’s Sales Operations organization is actively seeking a Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic initiatives to create efficient sales processes and help scale the business. This includes enabling key sales processes for our integrated companies and driving critical Go-To-Market strategies.  You will be working with Sales and cross-functional teams to build or improve workflows to drive sales and operational productivity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from initial conception and strategic planning sessions to deliver successful business outcomes 
  • Leverage standard program management processes, tools, methodologies, and resources to bring structure
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and foster cooperation, coordination, and communication across the organization and between the globally dispersed leaders
  • Effectively track, report, and address issues and risks with the right stakeholder engagement
  • Drive innovation, use of contemporary analytics, and other qualitative problem-solving strategies to analyze opportunities, develop solutions, implement changes, and track results
  • Adherence to budget while ensuring quality, achieving intended outcomes, and mitigating risks.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required
  • PMP certification preferred
  • 5+ years of program, project and change management in a variety of methodologies, experience with cross-functional end-to-end process redesign, transformation, and improvement initiatives
  • Experience in high-growth, acquisition-intensive environment
  • Experience in software technology industry
  • Ability to engage with senior leaders and executive team and clearly communicate strategy and status of the work managed 
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication, detail and action orientation, collaboration, negotiation, facilitation, and influencing skills 
  • Strategic communication: able to simplify the complex with proven experience presenting to executives and influence stakeholders
  • Analytical skills: to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
