A self-motivated individual desiring to play an integral part in a growing market in Enterprise Information Management, as a member of the Professional Services team, you would be performing below:

Experience:

• Technical experience/familiarity with software
• Instructional design and/or development of instructor-led training in software or technical spaces
• 3 or more years of relevant work experience preferred
• Speak and write fluently in English with proper grammar
• Ability to understand and translate technical topics to the target audience
• Create course outline based on deliverable goals, content, and target audience
• Work independently to learn software
• Apply critical thinking to determine the best order and segmentation of topics
• Develop course content using Articulate Rise based on an outline. Content includes:
• Develop measurable and relevant learning objectives
• Written introductions or explanations of processes or concepts
• Determine and build the best interactive components based on content and learning objective

Video:

• Create a video based on documentation and SME input (if video does exist)
• Trim existing video content to section appropriately for course
• Create script for demonstration video
• Generate mp3 using Speechelo
• Synchronize audio and video using Articulate Relay
• Develop meaningful assessment questions based on learning objectives including helpful feedback
• Develop key points and recaps based on learning objectives
• Design meaningful exercises for learners to perform in a sandbox environment using product software (exercises and sandboxes will vary by product)
• Communicate with SMEs for input, quality checks, feedback, and approval throughout the course development process.

Logistical Requirements:

• Working hours: 5 PM to 2 AM IST time.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science or Information Systems focus preferred
