Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Core Services and Identity Management Engineer to join our highly skilled global IT Team. As a member of a global Core Services and Identity team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our company's technology infrastructure by managing and maintaining our identity management systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions for authentication, authorization, and access control, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to these systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives, implement security best practices, and continuously improve our identity management processes and systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Building, designing, and maintaining various identity platforms (e.g., Azure AD, On-prem AD, AWS, Okta, etc.)

 

  • Executing projects related to internal collaboration tools and systems

 

  • Providing Tier 3 support and assisting the service desk in resolving complex trouble tickets

 

  • Integrating new applications with the SSO platform (Okta)

 

  • Planning and directing upgrades of the Windows Server infrastructure and related components, with a focus on Active Directory, Domain Controller topology, LDAP, Authentication Services (such as ADFS), DNS, Identity Management, Permissions, Access Controls, and Group Policy.

    Qualifications

    • In-depth knowledge of IAM solutions such as MFA, SSO, and PAM
    • Proven expertise in infrastructure technologies, including Cloud, LDAP, and SAML
    • Strong strategic thinking and effective high-level communication skills
    • Extensive experience in the design, deployment, and administration of Microsoft Active Directory
    • Competency in configuring and managing DNS and DHCP services
    • 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving identity and security-related issues
    • Comprehensive understanding of Azure Active Directory and AWS IAM
    • Qualified as a Microsoft Office 365 Administrator
    • Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver results
