What will you do?

• Review pending billing reports and charges for accuracy before processing billings and invoicing.
• Validate and update project billing and revenue recognition rules against contracts (e.g., Statements of Work) to ensure proper invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Professional Services leaders, Operations and Accounting to accurately generate billing charges and proforma & Actual invoices from the Professional Services Automation (PSA) system.
• Work with Professional Services leaders, Operations and Accounting to resolve issues with credit rebills, open charges, overage charges, open invoices, rejected invoices, and invoices not exported to NetSuite.
• Assist Accounting in applying proper revenue recognition, validating sales tax on invoices and other accounting controls.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work on a tight timeframe.
• The desire to work in a dynamic environment with changing reporting needs.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to proactively and independently resolve complex issues demonstrating technical aptitude.
• The ability to effectively and adeptly communicate (verbally and in writing) with all levels of the organization.
• Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Flexibility to handle additional special projects as assigned
• Team player, enjoys being part of a group, driven to add value to the position

• 5 plus years of billing experience, preferably for professional services
• Finance graduate
• Project Billing and/or Project Accounting experience preferred
• NetSuite experience a plus
• OpenAir/PSA (Professional Services Automation) experience a plus
• Willingness to work in shifts
