Position Description

The Project Manager will build positive relationships with customers and serve as the primary point of contact for Magnitude product Implementation processes. It is the Project manager’s responsibility to provide successful implementation of Magnitude’s products across the business, build an ongoing relationship with the customer and manage additional projects and products.

The Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall customer leadership. The role requires strong communication skills and an ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact during the entire Implementation process
  • Engage with Magnitude technical team and customer to ensure the Magnitude solution is successfully implemented
  • Develop a deep understanding of Magnitude’s products
  • Provide architectural level guidance to Magnitude’s customers
  • Provide subject matter expertise to Magnitude’s customers
  • Provide Implementation project guidance
  • Provide customer product feedback to Product Management and Engineering
  • Conduct scheduled meetings with the prospect including kick-off, weekly checkpoint, and final wrap-up meetings
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal stakeholders before, during, and after each Implementation
  • Coordinate other Magnitude resources (Engineering, PSO) that may be critical to the Implementation process
  • Create and/or improve implementation contracts, templates, success criteria methodology, and presentations
  • Provide implementation scoping and effort development
  • Track and improve Implementation success rates
  • Assist customers focus on their goals and drive the Implementation towards a successful conclusion
  • Key project activities – Project Preparation, planning, scheduling, solution oversight, business analysis, scope, resourcing, project tracking, budget tracking

Qualifications

Position Qualifications:

Experience Level: 12 to 16 Years

Skill Requirements

  1. Strong project management experience in SAP Technologies. Minimum 5 Years in the role of project manager.
  2. Subject matter expert in one or more ERP Financial applications (SAP, EBS, JDE, MSD)
  3. Proven track record of succeeding in a goal-driven environment.
  1. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in data integration or data migration projects
  2. Excellent customer management skills
  3. Strong analytical problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and project management.
  4. Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  5. Proficiency in excel and power point, project management best practices, and project management tools
  6. Deep experience with the project implementation lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies.
  7. SAP S4 Central Finance experience is a plus.
  8. PMP or Agile Certification is a plus
  9. Strong communication and presentation skills
  10. Experience in collaborating with customer, project team across in onshore/offshore model.
  11. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with high level of accuracy and attention to details.

Logistical Requirements:

  • Job location at Hyderabad, India office [Temporarily remote due to COVID]
  • Initial working hours: 1 PM - 10 PM IST time. Flexible to work in late shift timings for coverage in US overlap per project need

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (CSE, IT) or Master Degree
