iinsightsoftware is looking for an experienced Manager, Order Management (Channel & Direct) for this fast-growing financial software company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will play a critical role in achieving insightsoftware's mission by overseeing the North American customer order processing, fulfillment, and billing processes with a focus to improve efficiencies and cash flow while delivering superior customer service. We are looking for a strong leader and influencer who can drive change, improve processes, and provide sound solutions to both complex and routine business issues with a customer service focus, superior attention to detail and is motivated by working collaboratively to improve internal systems and the customer experience as a whole.

What will you do?

• Manage the North American order processing, billing, fulfillment, and order management team.
• Effectively communicate and work with internal sales teams, partners and customers from across the globe to supply orders, and invoices and assist them in their related needs.
• Manage the fulfillment of orders to ensure customers have necessary information to utilize software.
• Develop and implement best-in-class customer invoicing and collections processes while utilizing technology tools to optimize efficiencies and accuracy of invoicing.
• Manage accuracy of customer data and record account related activity in appropriate internal systems.
• Work with other teams in the organization to troubleshoot and resolve any Order Management issues.
• Collaborate within Order Management, Order Cash, and with other teams to continually improve processes & procedures to improve efficiency.
• Develop system and processes to ensure data integrity & quality across key reporting systems to provide consistency of data.
• Develop & maintain relationships with enabling functions (Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, IT, HR) to facilitate effective collaboration & execution of organizational objectives.
• Support GTM leadership in evaluating changes to organization or programs.
• Ad hoc requests from all levels
• Effectively coach and develop the teams, ensuring they meet objectives and deadlines while monitoring and balancing team workloads
• This role will require experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to adjust and respond to dynamic business conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 3+ years of work experience managing a team
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with standard financial planning and accounting concepts, practices and procedures
• Proactive thinker, accountable, with high level of intellectual curiosity
• Excellent business judgement, analytical and decision-making skills
• Salesforce.com experience – both end user and admin
• Understanding of Order Cash Process

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience
• Experience in the software industry
• Experience with mergers/acquisitions
• Experience with Private Equity companies
