Based remotely, your primary responsibility will be to develop and report infrastructure for Customer information professional services administration, reporting, collaboration, and problem-solving at insightsoftware. This will include the full software development lifecycle deployed in sprints (3 weeks)PS operations, as well as ongoing reporting and data management solutions. The candidate will work in collaboration with Customer Success PS Leadership and the cross functional operations team to determine data quality and business-related issues, development and administer operational reporting tools (in salesforce.com, Power BI, and other tools), development systems, and processes to monitor and improve data quality for over 30,000 of insightsoftware’s customers smooth operations of PS team.
Your technical data migration, scripting, Power BI experience, reporting, and organizational skills will ensure the customer’s data is converted and integrated efficiently and accurately. Position reports to the Manager, Professional Services.
What You’ll Do:
· OpenAir administration and tracking activities
· Monitor and tracking of org changes for accurate reporting, scheduling
· Ensure successful ongoing operations with knowledge transfer to customers.
· Create, update and maintain documentation, SOPs, Process Flow, Mapping, skills matrix
· Identify professional service problems beforehand and propose solutions to resolve.
· Utilize experience and knowledge of resolving complex problems.
· Collaborate with staff to vice-president level employees within and across function and external parties.
· Create mappings from various Insightsoftware system
· Work with various types of data formats such as Excel spreadsheets, .csv files, Access databases as well as extracts from SQL Server or other relational databases.
· Understand the requirements and create Power BI and Other Reports as per requirements
· Work on ad-hoc reports data as required.
· Build salesforce.com reports and dashboards for the Customer Success Team
· Administer the integration to Totango (Customer Success Platform)
· Write SQL scripts to update data and convert and/or integrate provided data to insightsoftware’s software formats
· Successfully works to automate existing processes, propose new ideas/solutions
· Facilitate business process design and development to leverage rapid response capabilities.
· Manage multiple projects and establish priorities
· Analyze customer base data of newly acquired companies for system integration purposes
· UAT for various systems
Communication
· Communicate with Leaders and/or insightsoftware managers to scope, develop, test and implement conversions/reports
· Effectively communicate with Managers to keep projects on target
· Continually drive improvements in the processes
· Collaborate via phone, video conference, slack, and email with stakeholders throughout the conversion process
Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
· Understanding and experience of Professional Services activities
· Administrative experience with any project management system
· Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Strong MS Excel knowledge/Skills
· Experience in Power BI desktop and services
· Understanding of SQL, databases
· Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
· Solutions focused approach to creative problem solving
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required to successfully lead in a fast-paced work environment
· Ability to determine priorities on a daily basis to achieve business objectives
