Job Description

Our Demand Generation Associate is responsible for driving detailed tactical execution and project management of insightsoftware's demand generation programs for new prospects. You'll be responsible for creating and executing multiple marketing campaigns, using inbound and outbound strategies, including webinars, email, social, digital, and more. In this cross-functional role, you'll collaborate with marketing counterparts such as digital, content, and marketing operations to execute your campaign across channels, as well as with other departments such as sales to ensure follow-up on generated demand. 

Qualifications

What will you do?  

  • Develop multiple marketing campaigns from start to end, including researching topics, writing content, choosing marketing channels, and then liaising with marketing operations, design, and digital to launch the campaign into the market.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics, including MQLs, pipeline, and bookings, to continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Deliver marketing qualified leads to the sales team to ensure pipeline coverage, improve marketing-sales alignment, and identify opportunities.
  • Manage third parties activities, including events and webinars, and liaise with external and internal stakeholders to maximize each activity's ROI.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing campaigns are on-time and meet quality expectations.
  • Contribute to improving processes within the team and provide feedback to other demand generation associates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Are you a fit?  

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business 
  • At least 2 years of full-time demand generation marketing, including a working understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing.
  • Ability to develop and manage multiple demand generation campaigns in their entirety, with experience in webinars and email marketing 
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, and communication skills required
  • Excellent copyrighting skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite 
  • (Preferred) Experience in using CRM and Marketing Automation systems (Salesforce, Pardot)
