The Presales Solution Consultant role will suit someone with EPM/CPM/financial software pre-sales exposure, or relevant Enterprise Performance Management software application implementation experience.

The Opportunity

Predominantly working remotely from home, reporting to the Global Director of Solutions Engineering and operating in a small, specialist team, the Presales Consultant is a critical customer-facing role supporting sales activity across EMEA and occasionally the US market.

This entails FRI/RFP responses and prospect discovery & product demonstration calls to help uncover specific business issues, differentiate our ‘Bizview’ Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting software, and illustrate the quantifiable results of existing customers.

You’ll help prospects ‘connect the dots’ and understand how our EPM solutions will solve their business problems. Whilst operating in a target-driven sales environment, the role affords a high degree of creativity and innovative approaches are encouraged to increase sales win rates.

The Ideal Candidate

  • EPM/CPM software presales or practical EPM implementation experience
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, engaging, rapid leaner and the drive and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building, problem solving skills, a consultative approach to diagnose customer’s needs and strong Excel
  • Fully fluent in English, Arabic would be beneficial.
