The SEO Project Manager, is responsible for project management of website changes and maintaining SEO value transferred via website migrations resulting from M&A activity and will partner with the digital marketing leadership team and a dedicated agency to achieve strategic objectives.

As the SEO project manager you will;

• Research search trends and ideate new SEO strategies
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to buyer personas and lifecycle stages
• Analyze website performance, make SEO best practices recommendations, and partner cross functionally to deploy continuous improvement of website performance
• Develop and deliver content marketing and technical SEO best practices for content migrations.
• Project manage the development of new website landing pages and the translation and localization of content marketing initiatives
• Prioritize and execute with our all-star engineering team to implement and roll out new features and content
• Lead large cross-team website redesign projects
• Communicate, coordinate, and align with many stakeholders across different parts of the organization.

Work experience – 3-5 years’ experience as Digital Marketing professional, running enterprise organic inbound marketing or content marketing projects in B2B marketing required, including significant experience working with or for software / technology businesses. Experience working with start-ups or high-growth / PE-backed companies will be of substantial benefit

• Strong track record of researching, building, and launching successful SEO landing pages that provide meaningful customer value.
• Demonstrated business acumen that allows you to forecast and communicate SEO impact
• Experience with SEO best practices including creating and delivering content marketing and technical SEO best practices for content migrations.
• Experience with keyword research, URL taxonomy development, and various keyword mapping and categorization strategies.
• Advanced understanding of industry tools i.e. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz or similar SEO tools.
• Experience with project management for web development projects including translation and localization projects.
• Experience with administering project management tools such as Wrike; able to follow and develop processes.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills, and experience working in Tableau, Power Bi, Airtable, Google data studio.
• Experience with data integrations and tools such as Zapier is a plus.
