We are looking for a confident, motivated, bright individual to help us demonstrate and differentiate our Planning, Consolidation, and Disclosure Management solutions to our prospects as a Senior Solution Engineer primarily in the Finnish market. You bring strong probing, problem-solving & consultative skills to the team, with enthusiasm for technology and innovation. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Our Senior Solution Engineer is responsible for supporting the specific sales region(s) and their associated sales and prospecting activities. This is a full-time position with reporting responsibilities to the Head of Solution Engineering EMEA.

The Role:

Attend and proactively question (using pertinent, open-ended questions) prospects during the discovery calls to uncover specific business issues, and desired business outcomes as well as to identify the “burning platform” of why now,

Develop a good understanding of the key differentiators of our solutions and be conversant on relevant Enterprise Performance Management customer stories, specifically how they use our solutions to solve their business issues, including articulating quantifiable outcomes and successes.

Utilise your ability as a storyteller to ‘connect the dots’ for prospects in terms of understanding how the insightsoftware EPM solutions will enable them to solve their specific business problems by demonstrating relevant capabilities of the solutions and illustrating how existing customers have solved their business problem and driven tangible and quantifiable business results.

Understand the specific marketing initiatives and campaigns occurring within your assigned region to support the development of specific customised product demonstrations.

Bring innovative approaches and ideas to increase the win rates within your region.

Meet and exceed pre-set quarterly and annual sales targets within your region.

 

Pätevyydet

  • Have a general understanding of finance, especially Planning and Financial Consolidation.
  • Experience working with EPM, CPM either within a finance department or for a software vendor, with the determination and aptitude to understand the fundamentals of a new solution and hit the ground running
  • Experience handling a broad range of prospect demonstrations and interactions on a daily and weekly basis
  • Must be a self-starter with a willingness to ‘do what it takes” to meet & exceed goals
  • Possess a high energy, maintain a persistent growth mindset, enthusiasm, and be extremely goal-oriented
  • Possess a professional business manner with an ability to identify, connect and build relationships
  • Strong project management: ability to Organise and Prioritise work independently
  • Ideally, proven pre-sales/solution engineering experience; targeting and demonstrating software solutions to large, multinational organisations
  • Able to connect with decision-makers and be comfortable presenting to mid-level and C-level executives
  • Must be fluent in Finnish and English.
