Are you an intelligent and highly motivated Functional Support Engineer with excellent communication and trouble-shooting skills? The ideal candidate is passionate about delighting customers, has technical skills, is an excellent problem solver, and is self-directed.

The Functional Support Engineer will deliver high end Support to our customers (companies like Vinci, RTE and Orange) and partners as well as to our internal team in the accounts’ consolidation and budgets planning. You will work on high-profile clients and projects, collaborating with their CFO’s, Financial Controllers and functional consultants to deliver the highest quality services possible. You will serve as motivational team member to ensure internal and external needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.

If you are interested by financial and accounting subjects, your curiosity will lead you to develop a triple skill: technical, business, and relational. The missions you will work on are varied and challenging and will allow you to acquire solid knowledge of the financial aspect of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide functional/product support and daily assistance to our clients in the use of the software
• Identify incidents and resolve customer issues or escalate them to a higher level
• Be aware of new functionalities or features
• Supporting customers using our Cloud/SaaS/On-Prem solutions
• Strengthen business relationships with customers by providing high quality service
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Good understanding of financial/accounting concepts and financial planning, budgeting, reporting etc
• Experience in a financial department, consolidation department or an accounting/auditing firm.
• A basic knowledge of SQL
• A degree in Finance or Accounting would be preferred
• A solid ability to communicate in English and Finnish
