Responsibilities:

• You will be producing robust product code and designs that demonstrate new ideas and technologies while working with the product owner to bring new features to market
• Lead the development efforts for cloud-based applications and infrastructure by building POCs, working with team to implement and productise with optimal quality, security and performance
• Quickly build strong technical depth in understanding complex legacy products and transform them into our next gen cloud native platforms
• You will use independent judgment to take existing code, understand its function and provide technological and architectural direction
• You are expected to be a self-starter, innovative and always looking for new ways to contribute to the team and product
• You will lead, mentor, and partner with team members on the end-to-end features lifecycle, covering the initial conception, business requirements and software architecture

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a reputed college
• 10+ years of software Product Development experience
• 8+ years of solid experience in designing and implementing large and high-performance internet-facing web applications in C#.NET, ASP.Net Core, SQL
• 5+ years of experience as Tech lead or Architect on Microsoft .Net stack
• Expert level knowledge in database technologies, RDBMS and SQL
• Deep understanding of multi-tier architectures, Domain Driven Design, microservices, SOA and REST
• Strong individual contributor and a great hands-on backend programmer who demonstrates a deep passion for technology and engineering
• A self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, and responsible team-player
• Good knowledge of best practices and tooling for CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, agile methods, automated testing, and code quality
• Good understanding of Cloud (AWS or Azure) and cloud-native architectures
• Growth mindset who can build deep technical knowledge on product and guide and mentor engineering teams
• Good written and oral communication/presentation skills

Good to have:

• Good to have any ETL platform experience
• Exposure to AWS S3 and Redshift database is a plus
• Additional experience on web front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration platforms
• Experience in established software product company
