Job Description Responsible for executing go-to-market strategies and activities for new and existing insight software products in the indirect business. You will work in the Channel Sales team and be required to maintain strong working dialogue with the Global Marketing team to repurpose and localize global marketing assets to drive demand and generate leads for the APAC markets. In your role as a Channel Associate you will understand buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria, then transfer that knowledge to the sales channel. In this role you must build, cultivate, and maintain a strong working dialogue with insight software Global Marketing, Channel Partners and Sales teams. Specific areas of focus include the marketing, messaging, pricing, content assets, and related sales support for seamless delivery and communications in the APAC markets. Additional responsibilities significant to this role include, but are not limited to, prioritizing messaging in the market, as well as identifying and ensuring content plans that are aligned with product launches and sales strategies.
The role of Channel Associate at insightsoftware:
Build and promote: insightsoftware ’s position in the market support Channel Sales team specifically through managing and enabling the partner community in APAC region.
Production Communications: repurpose and localize global marketing collateral to channel partners and prospects that differentiates our products in the market.
Sales Enablement: communicate the value proposition of the products to the partner sales as well as marketing teams and coordinate regular knowledge sharing through webinars, regional seminars, and workshops.
Lead Generation: execute go-to-market campaigns, track in CRM, undertake pre and post campaign analyses and nurture leads where necessary.
First responder: do research on leads, in particular automated leads from demand driven activity, then pass MQLs to the expert on sales conversion
Social Media Marketing: work with cross-functional teams to ensure all operatives are on board with our social media strategy and reach.
To be successful you’ll need:
Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills including the ability to write and edit compelling copy.
A team mindset with the natural ability to collaborate between departments in other words a people person.
High attention to detail Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:
Qualifications in Sales or Marketing and Communications or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product marketing and or sales.
ERP industry with some understanding of CRM and digital marketing would be an advantage.
The ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage as our territory covers China (In order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking associates)
