Job Description
The Learning and Development (L&D) function at insightsoftware is responsible for building and maintaining a learning culture. L&D plays a strategic role in the organization to ensure team members acquire and build skills and knowledge that will enable them to perform at a high level. We are building a world-class learning organization and need L&D team members who are creators, change leaders, and visionaries, while being diligent and dedicated. The ideal candidate for the L&D Coordinator will be self-motivated and seek to expand their experience and grow with our L&D function.
Responsibilities
Facilitate in start-to-finish of training coordination logistics, managing all activities including training registration, training communication as appropriate, presenter and training communication, attendance, and registration tracking
Manage online learning licenses
Assist L&D Program Manager and Learning Consultants in organizing materials on SharePoint
Monitor inbox for questions regarding training; provide answers to questions, or work with team to determine answer to share
Set up and track team meetings
Answer routine Learning & Development questions for employees
Update and help support team processes and documentation
Organize and schedule onboarding activities
Organize and schedule engagement activities
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
1-2 years’ experience as an administrator/coordinator, preferably in HR, learning and development, talent management, organizational development, or related fields
A self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to get things done
Proactive and willing to take full ownership of assigned responsibilities
Very organized with the ability to know status on different activities
Heavy attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple activities and requests in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with ambiguity, and open to change
Experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR
Experience in a multinational, global organization preferred
