Job Description
*This is an hourly opportunity* The expectation will be a 40 hours a week commitment for a 3-6 month contract. Our intention is to convert to a full-time, salary employee at the time of contract end.
The Learning and Development (L&D) function at insightsoftware is responsible for building and maintaining a learning culture. L&D plays a strategic role in the organization to ensure team members acquire and build skills and knowledge that will enable them to perform at a high level. We are building a world-class learning organization and need L&D team members who are creators, change leaders, and visionaries, while being diligent and dedicated.
Responsibilities
· Design global & scalable learning experiences for employees of all levels in the organization
· Facilitate programs and deliver train the trainer programs
· Manage implementation and continuation of learning programs
· Partner with business leaders to identify, develop, and deliver training
· Serve as learning SME for the organization
· Work closely with team to guide and mentor
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience in learning and development, talent management, organizational development, or related fields, with a successful track record in managing complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders
Experience creating and driving training programs
Experience in implementing complex global learning programs
Demonstrated ability to design and build learning plans linked to organizational goals
Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design concepts and techniques, including frameworks and evaluation
Excellent program implementation skills including logistical planning, scheduling, and reporting
Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and communicate at all levels of an organization
Strong problem-solving abilities
Brave, comfortable with ambiguity, and open to driving change
Great attention to detail, with the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR
Experience in a multinational, global organization preferred
