Job Description

Exceptional career opportunity for a Channel Sales Director to accelerate the growth of an established and successful EMEA software reseller business that’s ripe for further scaling.

This is a visible senior role in one of the world’s fastest growing software organisations (>25 company acquisitions since 2018, doubling of revenues last year, and recently secured $1bn funding from HG).

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Reseller Channel Leader who ignites partner sales and relishes rapid career progression in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The Opportunity

Backed by world-renowned PE firms, insightsoftware provides best-in-class solutions for ‘The Office of the CFO’, helping companies make sense of enterprise data and drive greater financial intelligence.

Reporting to the EMEA VP Indirect Sales, the Channel Sales Director leads an accomplished team of 7 Regional Channel Managers supporting hundreds of MS Dynamics partners reselling our ERP reporting & analytics software across EMEA.

To unlock further potential and turbo-charge sales, the jobholder will provide inspirational leadership to the team, increase partner focus, develop classification and growth plans, and collaborate effectively with internal Channel Marketing & Partner Enablement groups.

Success in the role will place the jobholder in a great position to benefit from further career progression as insightsoftware continues to rapidly expand, both organically and through additional acquisitions. The Ideal Candidate

  • Channel Sales leader who accelerates growth and unlocks the full potential of large, established multi-country, multi-product Software Reseller Channels
  • Results & data focused. Engaging, driven, high energy, and the grit and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Ample ‘runway’, self-motivation and aptitude to develop further in a rapidly expanding organisation
  • Based remotely at home in the UK but flexible to visit the London office and travel internationally as required
  • Bachelor’s degree, Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem exposure or experience of ERP reporting/BI solutions are advantageous but not critical
