Job Description

insightsoftware is a hyper growth company seeking a talented Customer Communications Associate. Reporting to the VP Corporate Marketing, this person will spearhead customer communications by working closely with Customer Success and Customer Marketing. This role will drive detailed tactical execution and project management for customer marketing campaigns and communications. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and determined marketer ready to enhance the customer journey through communications that inform and engage our customer base. 

What will you do?

  • Take a birds eye view of all customer communications channels across the organization, providing guidance and support to other departments where required

  • Own our quarterly customer newsletter program targeting both Enterprise and Commercial markets and regionalize where appropriate

  • Assist in customer discovery efforts to inform the development of customer marketing strategies

  • Support the build of compelling, relevant content to delight and further engage our customers (i.e. social engagement, case studies, testimonials, webinars, newsletters, etc.)

  • Events support and management – as we transition back from a virtual to physical environment, our events strategy is going to become a key part of the go-to-market strategy

  • Enable account owners to further engage our customers with campaign coordinated materials (i.e. sales presentations, collateral, content, call scripts, etc.)

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: 

  • 2-3+ years of customer marketing and/or customer communications experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business

  • A passion for understanding the customer, their needs, and how we can best address them

  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills

  • Marketing automation experience a significant plus point – ideally Pardot

  • Proficient in utilizing modern sales and marketing tools and systems (i.e. Salesforce, SalesLoft, ON24, Wrike, Airtable, Tableau etc.)

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to spin multiple plates concurrently

  • Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all-levels, and with agencies, customers and professionals outside the business

  • B2B technology, SaaS or financial services experience, a major plus
