• Processing of applications for customer master maintenance
• Order processing
• Invoicing for licenses and maintenance
• license creation
• Complaint processing
• Office and administrative work
• Purchase of software licenses

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of order management is an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP system. User knowledge with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus
• Good knowledge of German and English, which is used in spoken and written form.
• You are an all-rounder and love varied, as well as autonomous activities in a highly motivated team
• Works well under pressure and adapts well to change
• Good at problem solving
