• Role includes more technical hands on and management activities.
• Own and govern the design, development, and maintenance of the product
• Serve as a key member of the management team that sets the company's strategic direction.
• Act as a primary Interface with senior management and operations team.
• Partner with Product Owner / Manager to prioritize and define product needs
• Serve as liaison between the Product Owner / Manager / Engineering team / Support / Content Teams and the DevOPs teams to achieve the goal of providing actionable insights into current and future Engineering Roadmap,  performance, and ad hoc investigations into future improvements or innovations
• Define standards & best practices to support agile development processes.
• Plan, track and estimate product development activities.
• Ensure that the product is fully and correctly defined and documented.

• Passionate about automated testing : Manage / drive testing - unit tests, system tests, regression.

• BE / B.Tech/ MCA or Master’s degree in Engineering
• 12 - 16 years of work experience of delivering end to end web (Asp.Net/ Asp.Net core MVC) & desktop applications using Microsoft tech stack on any cloud provider (preferably AWS)
• Knowledge using front end technologies like JavaScript, Angular JS, React JS, Node JS so on.
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC is a must. Agile certification is an added advantage.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on development experience on .Net /.Net Core C# and Internet technologies with a track record of solid technical accomplishments.
• At least 5+ years of experience in managing software projects and people (multiple teams of 20+ engineers size).
• Prior experience in fast-paced/agile environments with high quality execution and solid track record of building technology teams/processes and infrastructure.
• Able to govern test automation with the help of Test leads
• Able to govern Architecture / Design changes with the help of PSE / Architect
• Evolve the right tailored approaches to manage and develop the team
• Focus on to hire, retain and develop our Software Engineers and Automation Test Engineers through creating and aligning individual’s short- and long-term objectives and development plan alongside the goals of the product and business.
• Must be a key driver contributing to the products roadmap and willing to take innovative product risk while balancing the road map for on time deliverables.
• Solid technical fundamentals, ability to convert business requirements into technical design for web based applications
• Good knowledge of SOA Methodology and Governance.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies to meet the changing demands of scalability and usage.

·        Demonstrated management in end to end delivery of large IT projects - from design, estimation, planning / tracking, testing to production support

·        Experience in engineering delivery using any DevOps is a must
