The Business Intelligence Architect will play a critical role in driving best-in-class sales operational reporting and analytics. This person will provide analysis and analytical support to the sales team, finance, marketing, including pipeline management, forecasting. They will promote a data driven, metric focused culture in our sales team. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with sales analysts bringing out the best of their experience to deliver high quality reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop performance metrics that provide insights into sales planning, process, and effectiveness of the sales organization.
• Enhance, maintain, and drive adoption of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and sales KPI dashboards.
• Analyze the performance of the sales organization throughout the sales process to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
• Improve data collection and set up best-of-breed reports and sales analytics utilizing Salesforce and Power BI to deliver timely and effective support for fast paced sales motions.
• Ensure accurate forecasts and sales pipelines are available by sales team, geography, industry, and other categories as needed to analyze and report on bookings, revenue forecasting, and sales performance, and ROI of new sales initiatives.
• Participate in weekly forecast meetings with the sales leadership. Continually assess current sales attainment and capacity constraints and anticipate roadblocks to efficiency and goal attainment.
• Proven team player, working effectively across all Business Units and Departments.

• BA/BS Degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of BI Reporting Architecture and Governance implementations
• 5+ years of development experience.
• Advanced Knowledge of BI & analytic tools such as Tableau, Power BI and the platforms that support them. 
• Experience with Data Catalog tools and implementation  
• Understanding of data governance processes and frameworks
• Good understanding of DW and OLAP concepts
• Experience with complex business integration environments with centralized and decentralized models 
• Direct experience managing and contributing to large and complex BI projects 
• Has worked successfully with geographically dispersed teams
