·       Interface with stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements

·       Challenge user community to develop global processes where possible and advocate for industry best practices

·       Design software solutions and changes to meet business needs, incorporating technical considerations alongside development team

·       Document business processes and solution designs, including process flow diagramming, user stories, and fit-gap analysis

·       Coordinate activities between process owners, users, software developers, system administrators, and leadership

·       Create and maintain user guides for system processes and train end-users on new functionality

·       Identify process improvement opportunities and work with other team members to implement them

·       Support systems integration of acquired companies through discovery sessions, solution design, user acceptance testing, data migration, training, and go-live

·       Monitor incident queue for Business Systems and respond to incoming tickets with a resolution to system issues

·       Assist with data management and monitoring activities as needed

Schedule and lead meetings related to ongoing project work and new requests

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience

·       2+ years experience in business analysis, process mapping, and/or continuous improvement

·       Strong business acumen, especially regarding basic financial processes

·       Experience working with NetSuite and Salesforce, or other Tier 1 ERP/CRM systems
