SUMMARY

The Full-stack Engineer will assist the engineering team develop and maintain quality standards for Exago product. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of a wide range of technologies and serve as a contributing member of the team in technology discussions and process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

·       Lead and mentor a team of software engineers

·       Design scalable architeure and provide solutions 

·       Focus on finding solutions in fast pace customer facing environment and ready to work hands on for generation and debugging of complex problems

·       Develop high quality software following our established agile SDLC using the reference architecture which includes Microsoft .net 4.5 and above, ASP.NET Web APIs, Azure SQL and Angular 8+

·       Run daily standup meetings

·       Author and review documentation for each release

·       Work with product management, validation, and the business to estimate timelines for upcoming releases

·       Performing employee reviews and assessments

·       Communicate effectively with Upper Management, Product Management and other internal teams
