Our engineering managers are both technically gifted and can work well with others to solve difficult problems. Technologies frequently change, and the successful candidate must have the ability to rapidly master new software languages and technologies.

Tasks:

 Oversees and leads conception, execution and launch Angles for SAP (A4S). Manages communication and coordination among different types of engineers, designers and DevOps working on a project. Supervises project schedule, drive daily scrums, and communications with stakeholders.

• Key functions of this role

• Role includes more technical hands on and Management activities.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions for Angles for SAP (A4S) metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to support analytical and business needs  
• Partner with Product Owner / Manager to prioritize and define A4S (Angles for SAP) development needs •
• Develop a deep understanding of our vast data sources (SAP) and identify which to use to solve specific business problems
• Create user friendly repeatable reporting solutions to minimize ad hoc customer requests
• Serve as liaison between the Product Owner / Manager / Engineering team / Content Teams and the DevOPs teams to achieve the goal of providing actionable insights into current and future Engineering Roadmap,  performance, and ad hoc investigations into future improvements or innovations. This will require data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.
• Mentor and develop Business Intelligence Engineers and Data Engineers
• Manage and improve our Agile Delivery Process

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 12 - 16 years of work experience of analyzing and interpreting data as a business intelligence engineer, data engineer, or at a similar capacity.
  Experience with ETL development and data warehousing (preferred CloverDx) with Reporting knowledge using front end technologies like JavaScript, Angular so on.
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC is a must. Agile certification is an added advantage.
• Our product suite is built using .NET and Javascript technologies. More than just a great coder, we are looking for someone with flexibility and the ability to quickly learn new languages and technologies. Ability to learn and move to different stack as the project demands is a must. All our mangers are hands on and participate in all the stages of SDLC.
• Experience with creating and building predictive/optimization tools that benefit the business and improve customer experience
• Our product suite is built using a diverse set of programming languages and technologies. More than just a great coder, we are looking for someone with flexibility and the ability to quickly learn new languages and technologies.
• Ability to learn and move to different stack as the project demands is a must. All our mangers are hands on and participate in all the stages of SDLC.
• Experience in .Net technology with PowerShell Scripting and SQL.
• Experience in protocols, specifications, drivers will be an added advantage
